Stage 1 - How do I redeem my ENVY. experience voucher?
- On this site, you will be able to view the full range of experiences available.
- Follow the instructions online to redeem your voucher for the experience of your choice. You will need your voucher and PIN number to hand.
You can only exchange your voucher for one of the experiences on this list. Your voucher can only be exchanged once.
Please carefully read the participant restrictions associated with your chosen activity before ordering.
You must make your selection before the expiry date noted on the enclosed voucher.
What will I receive once I have redeemed my ENVY. experience voucher?
You will be sent an information pack for your chosen experience which includes full details on how to book a date for your activity and relevant contact numbers. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date of redemption.

How do I book my activity?
Please take a look at your activity sheet and call the booking number (or on the separate location sheet if multiple locations are available). Please do not call the standard customer services number as we do not hold details of availability.
How long do I have to use my experience voucher?
All activity vouchers are open dated for a maximum of 10 months, giving you plenty of time to arrange the experience of a lifetime!
I have lost my voucher, can I get a replacement?
If your voucher is lost or stolen (providing it has not already been redeemed) we can cancel it and provide a replacement voucher. There is a £10 administration charge for this service.
Can I extend the validity of my voucher?
All vouchers have a maximum of 10 months validity. If the voucher has not been utilised within this period we are happy to extend your voucher for you for an additional 10 months. Please note that there is a £20 administration charge for this service and if the activity has increased in price you will also need to pay the difference. Vouchers can only be extended if they are still within their expiry date.
